Contact RetirementPlanCalc
For site questions, corrections, privacy requests, accessibility concerns, or other feedback, email contact@retirementplancalc.com. This is the public contact address for RetirementPlanCalc.
We welcome specific feedback that helps us improve a tool or explain a retirement topic more clearly. We cannot promise a response time, provide individual financial advice, or access accounts held with your employer, bank, investment provider, or Social Security.
Report a calculator problem
Give us the exact calculator URL, the input values, the result you received, and the result you expected. If your concern involves a formula, explain the assumption you believe should change. Round personal balances or use hypothetical values if they reproduce the issue.
- Copy the calculator’s page address.
- Record the inputs and whether you selected Calculate or Load example.
- Describe the unexpected behavior, including any displayed error.
- Include your browser and device type if the problem concerns layout or buttons.
A screenshot can help with a display issue. Remove names, account numbers, browser notifications, and other personal information before sending it.
Suggest an article correction
Identify the article, the sentence or section, and why it may be inaccurate. Include a relevant official source when possible. Tell us if the concern relates to a specific year, account type, birth year, or plan provision.
Rules can vary between accounts and employers. A difference between your plan and an example may reflect a limitation rather than a mistake. Our corrections policy explains how we evaluate those reports.
Privacy, data rights, and copyright
For privacy or data-rights questions, use a subject line such as “Privacy request” and describe the request. Send only the information needed to locate the relevant communication or record. We may need reasonable verification before responding to a request that affects personal data.
For copyright concerns, review our copyright policy. Describe the protected work and the exact location of the material you believe infringes it. An ordinary contact address is not a statement that we have registered a DMCA agent.
What to avoid sending
Do not email login credentials, complete account statements, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or confidential tax documents. Email is not a secure financial-advice portal.
If your question concerns a transaction, benefit application, account access, or an urgent financial problem, contact the agency or provider responsible for it. We can address our website’s content and tools, but cannot resolve another organization’s account issues.
